Warranty

All products sold through this website are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, and are provided strictly in accordance with the terms set by the respective manufacturer. We do not provide any additional warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or non-infringement, except as required under applicable UAE law.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their intended use and for operating it in accordance with manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations. Any warranty claim must be supported by valid proof of purchase and may require inspection, assessment, or direct coordination with the manufacturer or authorized service center.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear and tear, commercial overuse beyond product specifications, or failure to follow maintenance requirements.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects or failure, and our maximum liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion and in accordance with manufacturer policies, whether a product qualifies for repair, replacement, or rejection under warranty.
