If you arrive at this website from any other sources, you would still be bound by the terms and conditions.

You can browse through our website without registering, but in order to purchase from the website, you must register and make an account. The registration process consists of giving your personal information like name, phone number and email address as well as a password to create your account. The registered email address and password would be used for your future visits to the website. FAQIHI ENTERPRISES LLC does not bear any responsibility for actions that occur in your account. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate. In the event it is not, FAQIHI ENTERPRISES LLC has all rights to either refuse our services or terminate your account as per the gravity of situation at hand. Illegal activities will not be tolerated and would face legal consequences.

The prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT. Currently we accept credit card payment and bank transfer payments in AED currency only. Both Visa and MasterCard are accepted. The bank account shall be provided upon your request. Delivery charges of 26.25 AED are applicable for deliveries within UAE. It is strongly recommended to keep a copy of your transaction details. Your credit card details will only be asked when you proceed to check out, even then you will be provided with a breakdown of the charges that would be billed to your credit card.

You will be notified by your email when your order is placed and in transit. You will also receive a tracking code through which you can track your order. The ‘track your order’ can be found at the top of any page.

This agreement is regulated by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall be interpreted in accordance with them. If any portion of this agreement is deemed to be null or void, only that particular portion would be severable and would not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. The failure of the Company to act in respect of a violation by you or others does not waive our right to act in respect of related violation hereafter.
